I was very disappointed with not only the work done and the price but the attitude. I was very clear in my request which I realized was minor repairs that I could have done myself but living out of town I wanted to feel comfortable that the job was done. The worker did not have the parts on his truck that I had specifically stated that I needed; he seemed put out by the minor problems I was asking him to fix; then he charged a ridiculous amount for the time he spent and the work he did. If ARS did not want to do the work I stated in my email that needed to be done, they should not have answered my request for a plumber.

It was very easy to set the appointment, and they offered to look and give me an estimate for FREE before doing any work. Also, the plumber who came out saved me a lot of time and money by fixing my garbage disposal instead of replacing it - and he didn't even charge me for that. Great experience and I would highly recommend ARS!

A/C went out in middle of the day Sunday. Called many a/c people listed in the Georgetown area and got either answering machine or person saying they did not have technicians available. Then thought of ARS. A HUMAN actually answered the phone!!! They were super courteous, super fast, and we were cooling again by 3:00 pm. Will definitely call them first next time!!!

Prompt and very efficient. We felt very confident in the guys ability to do the job and not charge us for more work than needed. He kept us abreast of his findings and gave worst and best case scenario. Thank God he was able to do the repair in the best case scenario. Thank you ARS!

The company was selected because they appeared to be efficient in their phone response and offered a competitive hourly rate. I knew I would be charged for any parts. A two-way switch with a dimmer was replaced. The cost of the switch was outrageous! I looked up the switch on the internet after the serviceman left and I was charged over 5 times the internet cost. Sure makes me feel stupid!

The initial repairman was extremely nice and helped pinpoint the problem that several other people had been unable to pinpoint, he fixed the problem and then referred me to the Energy Auditor to help with the more significant problem we were having. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. We did have a problem after everything was done and had to call them back but they came immediately out and are still trying to figure out a fix for this, but we had a complicated problem. They seem a bit over priced but they also seem to know what they are doing, and considering the complexity of the situation, we decided to go with them.

The company seemed professional enough and we had other people speak highly of them but the service member that did the work did not seem that experienced in this type of repair leaving more holes in the sheet rock than we thought necessary.
