I was nervous because of a negative experience with another plumbing company, but Sam H. assured me of the pricing and guarantee of his work and ARS. This was a pleasant experience. Sam listened as I explained the issue. He said what he would do and he did it! He’s better than 5 stars. He’s the best! Thank you Ethan for setting this date up. May God bless you both and ARS. Pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Sam was here when expected. He called and text informing me he was route. I wish I would have known this great quality of work existed years ago. My technician Tim was great. He identified the issue quickly and got to work on next steps. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them and connected me with his boss to ensure I understood what I was consenting to before proceeding with the work. He was polite, hardworking, and mindful of my floors.

The water heater took 7.5 hours to install. It concluded with a supervisor having to come out and repair a leak where 3/4 of a solder wasn?t completed. Everyone makes mistakes, but my concern is the fact that this is the second occurrence where someone not fully trained is released on their own where it requires a supervisor to come out and fully fix the situation. First one was on the furnace and now a water heater. Everyone needs to be trained, but before they fully release a trainee; proper verification of their abilities should be evaluated and standard training with no standard problem solving techniques should be overseen with an experienced technician. Shutting off gas from the outside should be trained, how to properly solder should be trained, having all equipment necessary for an install should be trained. A 3/4 hour install that take 7+ hours, 2 trips to the office for material, 2 times another tech was sent to assist ending with a leak that flooded is unacceptable.

The correct choice is not listed. I had a routine check-up for the heat pump I paid >$10k for a year ago. Both heat and AC. All electric. In general I've bee happy enough with ARS since 2009. This morning's visit was supposed to be between 8 and noon, and the (friendly, professional) technician arrived at exactly noon and spent 90 minutes. That as time I did not have, uthad to yield.

Heat pump was malfunctioning. Repair man arrived without all his tools so diagnostics was not thorough. Prior to this the company missed an appointment for the annual summer servicing and I was told it was too late for a new appointment so consequently the heat pump was not cleaned in the summer. Apparently there is a seasonal window for heat pump service. All this for a no show appointment made two months in advance. Fast forward to this appointment and the Repair man concluded the heat pump was not working because it needed cleaning. The to charge to clean it was $700. Outrageously expensive for terrible service.

Demetrius was very pleasant, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. He admitted that he misquoted us on the price and adjusted it accordingly.

I used ARS Rescue Rooter and Robert came out to clear the drain. Robert was super friendly and knowledgeable. Made the entire process a piece of cake. I highly recommend them.

Good customer service, very informative and the installation was quick ( not an all day thing). The techs went over the necessary information on how to work my new system, gave some advice on what not to do. I am pleased!!

The plumber gave an estimate which seemed fair and came back the next day to replace a leaking drain pipe. He covered the work area and vacuumed the area after he completed the job..

Chris Randolph was great. Made sure he provided all the service required, including filters and humidifier pads. Very personable and professional. Very capable technician. ARS has been our HV/AC provider for years and they never disappoint us!

I went to Lowe’s to purchase my hot water heater and they put me in touch with ARS/Rescue Rooter. Miquel showed up a couple hours later and he provided me with different options for the new unit and installation. Once we agreed on the terms it was too late in the day for the install. The service technician, Travis arrived today and replaced the water heater. He was efficient and kept me informed on the process. This company is amazing and I’m so happy! We made the best choice. Thank you!!!

Yes, very professional installers, Clayton and his helper did a wonderful job, installed the new unit with no problems at all, and took the old unit out and was here about seven hours total for exchange of the whole system, cleaned up after themselves you could even tell they were here… very good team working together hats off to these two
