Basement Remodeling
Rand was very easy to work with and always available when you had questions. His fees were very competitive but be aware that you are required to do much of the research on the items you want installed. His subcontractors were all very courteous and did a professional job. We had a challenging design due to numerous height variations and obstacles in the basement but Rand was able to find a way to make it all work. Overall, we are very pleased with the results.

"These customers were great to work with! We do try to encourage our customers to stay involved with style decisions so that they can have exactly what they want. I will try to expand my customers knowledge of the materials we are installing. Thanks again for being so easy to work for!! I would recommend this customer to any service magic professional....."
