Brandon Brock arrived at my home this evening. He is very relatable with a keen sense of professionalism for the services he provide. I now understand how to properly clean my air filter and operate my nest thermostat. I still operate sort of old school but he encouraged me to utilized the nest app to help manage the temperature of my home. Most people use jargons, or acronym when explaining techniques, but Brandon was very patient with me and did not mind explaining anything more than once. It was a pleasure to meet him and started my weekend off in a good way.

Brandon Brock a Senior Service Technician from ARS Laurel came out to service my HVAC from a job done 2 days earlier from another technician. Brandon was very professional in completing the job and communicating exactly what he performed and why. His customer service skills were truly appreciated and he is a true representation of what a technician should model after. I would welcome back Brandon at my house to service my HVAC anytime. Install of new Carrier HVAC began at 8AM and did not end until midnight. Service Manager had to get out of bed at 10pm to come supervise, finding debris all inside my house and out in the yard. The install techs were still reading installation instructions when their supervisor arrived. My home was not respected. Senior officials visited the following week to apologize and offer service incentives and a discount. The unit does not operate correctly and multiple service appointments to fix have all been no shows. Terrible company!!!

While the technician who ultimately serviced my system was efficient and informative, the overall experience was unacceptable. It took nearly 18 hours and three separate appointments to replace a single fuse under a warranty installed on November 4, 2025. The dispatch, scheduling, and supervisory staff were dismissive and unresponsive, demonstrating a complete lack of customer care. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Additionally, the failure itself appears to stem from incomplete installation guidance, as I was not properly advised on potential system vulnerabilities (such as power surges). While I appreciate the technician?s work, the breakdown in communication and service at the management level makes it difficult to recommend this company.

Darryl McDowell, the technician from ARS of Laurel, did an outstanding job while performing my AC tune-up/inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional; explained all findings in a thorough and easy to understand manner. As a result of his honest assessments and diligence in addressing all issues in a very comprehensive manner, I feel confident moving forward with needed repairs and/or system replacement. Without a doubt, he provided the best service ever!

We had a tuneup today on our HVAC system. Gentleman was professional. However.....technician states they are no longer allowed to utilize homeowner's driveway. I would like to know who is now coming to repair the damage to my front yard! It's wet and of course he got stuck. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO HAVE A TEAM-MEMBER OF ARS OUT TO REPAIR OUR LAWN?

Joshua Hill was very courteous and respectful. Put shoes on and checked the inside and outside unit. Excellent customer service from Mr. Hill. I was very happy he was assigned to take care of my HVAC check up.

The tech was amazing. Educated us on unit care. Quick diagnonis and service. And friendly.

Customer service was excellent and tech was great! Price for the service was exorbitant. Had a capacitor replaced in less than 10 mins and a “tune up” which basically meant just looking at stuff because nothing was cleaned. All completed in less than an hour to the price of over $400.

I called to get service for rattling sound in my air duct, not to service my AC unit. When the technician arrived he heard the noise in the duct and started removing the panels from the AC, only to later determine that the issue was in the ducts and not the AC, which is what I already knew. When I googled noise in the duct, ARS Rescue Rooters came up as a service you provide, which he said you do not. So I payed the $119 fee but want to go on record that I am not happy with ARS not telling me in the beginning that you do not do air duct repair.

Great service, friendly installlers and professional instructors on how to best use the HVAC system. Willie Chapman and David Murray were awesome in putting the deal together.

Technician come and supposed to fix my furnace he got it running but stop after couple hours and not working agsin.

Excellent HVAC Service! I had a tune-up done on my HVAC system by Technician Vladimir Guevara, and I’m happy. He arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The system runs better than ever, and he even provided helpful tips for maintenance. I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable.
