Overall it was a great experience. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I had a great understanding of what was going to happen. The guys who did the jobs were very courteous and respectful and they did a great job.

If ZERO stars was an option, that's what is deserve. I hired this company through a "big box" hardware store knowing that I would be paying more. In return, I thought the "big name" company would protect me from frustrations because there would be established accountability. THE OPPOSITE happened. Not only did it take many MONTHS of back-and-forth with BAD installations for both a complete new AC unit for a condo and the Water Heater, there was never a person to contact and accept responsibility. I was transferred & going in circles for MONTHS. One call even tried to tell me that the brand new install that was never properly working (done weeks before) was something that I had to contact the FABRICATOR (the factory) for them to solve the problem. I had to call MULTIPLE times, hours each time, for MONTHS. At the end, when I was told by phone that everything was set and fine, I NEVER GOT EMAIL RECEIPTS. Now, after a YEAR, I got a $510 fee for not completing inspections. I am LIVID.

ARS installed our current A/C System including rerouting of ducts to replace an aging system 6 years ago. They have continued to provide maintenance, repairs and improvements ever since. Their work is top-notch and their rates are fair and reasonable. Their technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and professional to deal with. Highly recommend.

Hired ARS Miami to repair air conditioner unit. The work was as performed adequately. The problem came with the billing. I paid for the work in full, but then received a monthly bill. I called ARS Miami to notify of error. The phone rep took all the info AND suggested I send an email. Sent the email and no response. The next month received yet another debit on credit card and sent another email. No response. Every month I contact my credit card company and they remove the ARS billing. Just received another debit from ARS Miami and no resolution in sight. Think II?ll cancel the credit card and get new one issued. Would never recommend ARS Miami for anything given the billing nightmare.

The installer was fine but ARS is a terrible company to deal with. Their call center is a joke. They never return multiple calls. They assign and then change delivery dates/times with no notice. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Work was done in a timely manner, there is always someone to talk to if need be and service was done properly and efficiently . My 3rd AC install with this company

My experience with ARS is that the technicians a re very curtious, professional, and proficient in their field of work. They communicate what their findings are, and states what needs to be done to resolve the problem before doing it. I tend to like this approach of involving the home owners before doing anything.

The guys that did the install was awesome they new what the was doing and went right to work they did the in a prompt no miss steaks or anything im so sufficient with my install and unit thanks ARS

I have been an ARS customer for 16 years for central A/C installation, maintenance and repairs. Their personnel are always professional, on time and very informative about the equipment. Highly recommend!

ARS Roto Rooter has 24/7 customer service. Whenever thereâ  s a problem with the A/C a technician is sent ASAP, on the same day, and even on weekends.
