Horrible customer service and poor, misleading sales tactics upfront. Did get a full refund, but had many visits throughout install process and multiple problems. Techs always showed up later than expected time windows and couldn't properly diagnose problems. Ultimately had full HVAC system installed and then uninstalled and went with a different provider.

Technician (Kyle) arrived within 2 hours of my call for service. He fixed the current issue and then inspected the entire system. He did an exceptional job explaining potential future problems with my nearly 10 year old system. Overall it a very positive experience with ARS.

He is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem(s) and explained them to me in a way I could easily understand.

They did a professional job all in all

I thought I would have to have the entire unit replaced, and the technician was able to fix the unit!

They did a good job and eventually found a loose wire that fixed everything... But if the original prices quoted had been paid out I would have been pretty sad with their pricing. However, I only had to to pay out the agreed upon service fee and the well trained technician did an excellent job! The only reason this is not five stars is because they're quoted prices for refrigerant and other possible repairs were very high.

The tech was here a total of 5 minutes. Took the plate off the air conditioner and turned it on then shut it and put the plate back. No added Freon . Next he changed the filter because the asked. Then he left worst tuneup ever.

Scheduling was not up to par, but a pleasant experience

ARS did a great job installing our A/C and heating that was two generations old. They had to adjust on the fly, but got what I thought was a 2-day job into only 1.

Timely, I contacted inthe morning and they came out that night to complete.

Prince my technician was prompt and started work immediately. He told me what he planned to do and kept me informed of his progress. Thank you for great customer service for my water heater

Marvin Hernandez arrived right on time and diagnosed and treated the issue with our AC and thermostat effectively and efficiently. I recommend ARS and their team.

Tech immediately diagnosed problem that the filter needed replacement. Customer hadn’t received new filter and old filter was choking air flow.

ARS and specifically Salah B were a godsend! Thank you! Water heater decide to break on a Sunday afternoon. We finally figured out why we didn’t have hot water and call for help late Sunday night. Monday morning Salah was here and he had us back up and running in no time! Hot water with none leaking on the basement floor! So professional and friendly. Thank you ARS and thank you Salah!

ARS's customer service is subpar. I called 6 times in one day to report an issue with a thermostat and each time I requested a manger to call me back to confirm that this repair will be covered by a ten year warrantee when I purchased the HVAC system just over 2 years ago. No manager called me back . when ARS finally called, their employee tried yet again to upsell me on some nonsense I was NOT interested in or needed. ARS changed my Apt from 2 -6, to 6-9 without notifying me. My AC is still down. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I asked their tech to take a photo of my warrantee paperwork so that I would not end up arguing with them about coverage in the future. this is a horribly run business. I already reported ARS to the BBB. no chance they'll change their practices though. Their Techs are good, with lousy management.

The installation of my HVAC system went well. ARS was able to accommodate my schedule. Keyon and Eric were efficient, professional and well organized . When the project was completed, Keyon explained and demonstrated some of the system and thermostat features. Customer service (Jana) kept me informed of scheduling changes and assisted with the coordination of the third-party billing application process.

Like it all

I had my annual gas furnace check up with ARS and technician Jose Rodríguez did a great job. He patiently answered my many questions in a friendly, professional manner. We spoke about a duct work refit and about an electrical filter system for cleaner, safer air, which I bought. Jose did a great job installing it. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Thank you!

ARS was contracted through Lowe's at first then all communications were through the Company. It started with a inspection to check all components and black mold was found in the inside unit so with the age of the system (22 years) I decided to see what a replacement would cost. I got a estimate from another company and then from ARS and theirs was quite a bit lower; I did receive a discount for being a Veteran. The guys got here when they said they would and completed all work in a timely manner. The temps were around 90 and they only stopped long enough to drink something; the old system (inside and outside) was pulled and the new was up and running in about 3 hours. The installers put covers on their shoes and covered the areas they worked in and to with drop cloths. Both answered all my questions, I usually ask a lot, and didn't seem to be bothered by it. Overall it was a good experience dealing with ARS.

My salesman was very knowledgeable and informative of the HVAC system being replaced. The installers, Kyle and Keshawn, were wonderful. Never had a better group of people. They were very thorough and went above and beyond what was expected. Great service all the way from ARS.

Replaced coil in outside unit quickly and efficiently.

We needed the heat pump repaired and Freon added. Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a new a/c installed and that went very well too.. James and Cordell installed that.

The install will be accomplished on Monday, June 2.

I would like to thank you to the service technician for the informative explaining of the systems problem. The experience he had in checking the system was outstanding.
