I bought my 2015 Mazda5 two years ago and only had one key. This is my first vehicle w/ a chipped key. I’ve been looking at ways to get a backup key. The dealer was an instant out at $600!! WTH is that!? "DIY" was out because you need 2 keys. That’s stupid. So it’s been on and off the radar for a year now, until yesterday 6/10/26. I made initial contact around 4PM and I was shocked as to what transpired in the next few hours. The price was insanely great! The service was crazy good. They came to me (IN GOLD BAR!) in under four hours at 7:30PM and by 8:00PM I had new coded FOB… Annnnnnd a bonus programmed hard key! Who does that!? If you live/work in Artisan’s service area this is your Locksmith/key specialist! For me, truly an amazing experience!

I tried to replace the battery in my key fob for my Honda CR-V and it basically fell apart on me! I called Artisan Locksmith and he was here in 30 minutes! He fixed it and it is working great! He was very nice and kind and I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!! Diana N Brier, Wash.
