Sunny Houston Remodeling and its owner Mr Fabian and his crew did a fabulous job for my wife and I. The vision that we had was brought to life with Mr Fabian and his crew everything we said we wanted the way we wanted it it was done, any imperfections were made correct, we can't complain Sunny Houston remodeling really knows their stuff they even give you tidbits of years of experience of different ways they would do things before they do it to let you know so that you can make a conscious decision on if you want to go the route that you were thinking of or if you wanted to add or take off a little something nevertheless, our before and after pictures that I've included with this review speaks volumes for itself, we are very happy with the outcome of our dining room and our kitchen area everything is perfection, our kitchen now looks like something out of a magazine we've gotten so many compliments the pricing was spot on also not overpriced at all, no Talent or experience was undercut here you can see for yourself if any of my future projects need to be done it will be Sunny Houston remodeling being called back into action for us totally, thank you Mr Fabian and crew. 😃

An Excellent, professional remodel from demo to finish.

Houston Sunny Remodel did a wonderful remodel on my kitchen. The experience was more than I expected. They had visions and ideas that added to the kitchen that I had no clue about. Fabian and his workers are men of their words. When things were amidst they made it work every time just as he said he would. The price was right for the job. These gentlemen are so professional and pour their heart ❤️ and soul into your home as if it were their own. They turned our garage into an apartment that we will enjoy our retirement in our Golden Years. Everything is wheelchair accessible including the walk-in shower. My husband and I have to pinch ourselves every day in these beautiful surroundings. Fabian and his crew are so amenable and knowledgeable. They come highly recommended.

Fabian and his team replaced dry wall in multiple areas, a bathroom vanity and baseboards after a water leak. They were timely, pleasant to work with, stayed on budget, made some helpful suggestions and even fixed a few things we didn’t ask them to fix! Would readily hire for our next project.
