Has not rained yet so hope the work quality was good. I must say Jorge was on time, very polite and explained everything very well. I feel confident about his work. I cannot rate work quality and value for money until I see the results. Thus, the low marks for both.

The owner Jorge got back to us quickly, was able to come on a Saturday at 9 am, figured out the issue with a leak. by 1 pm, he was done fixing it, clean, on time, took pictures so we could see what the issue was, and was very transparent. Given the rains, I am sure he was super busy but he did a nice job finding two areas where we had issues with rain coming in. Also pointed out other areas he would recommend but said whenever I was ready, he'd come back.
