This was the worst experience with the company I've ever had. Parwinder Singh, the owner took money for my job and did not complete it. In fact the portion of the work that he and his company did using a worker named Richie was so bad that I had to pay additional money to get it redone. They didn't finish the fence. They ruined my brand new papers by leaving concrete to harden and cut them incorrectly. But worst yet he stops communicating when I tried to share my concerns with him. I want to save other people the hassle of dealing with such a terrible business. Do not use!

We debated whether or not to start a kitchen/home renovation during the holidays. But the next few months were going to be quiet at work so we thought, what the heck. We started the interview process in October and met with three different contractors. Off the bat Goldy, with Arvin, was the only person who showed up on time and texted prior to arriving. Communication is key for me, both personally and professionally, so those were huge brownie points. Goldy provided great ideas and attainable solutions to our vision. So much so that what started as a simple kitchen renovation turned into a full home rework (kitchen, bathroom, floors, bedrooms and office). Everything went like clockwork; demo, floors, walls, ceilings, fireplace, paint, kitchen and touch ups. Goldy provided nightly updates as to who was arriving the next morning, at what time, what we needed to do to prepare, etc. He really cared and took our opinions and suggestions to heart. We could not have asked for a more streamlined process. At times, we felt like he was our Genie...ask and you shall receive. After 8 weeks, we have a new house and could not be happier. We recommend Arvin Construction to give you and your abode the red carpet treatment!
