AR Concrete Finishing

Submitted complaint month ago. Submitted rating to multiple places. Got ghosted submitted complaint paid 4800. Guy came out did half work pay half money never came back can't get ahold of him.thought 5 star rating would produce 5 star work. is looking for project to get done

Hard working and very cooperative. Every detail was taken into consideration. Stone base and concrete were figured with zero waste or overage. The finish work outstanding.

They are prompt , courteous and good at their craft.

AR Concrete Finishing showed up when they said they would, finished prepping the site for the patio pour. The pour went well, the guys did a good job finishing the concrete. The finished patio looks great. Would definitely use them again.

They did a terrible job installing the patio. The patio and sidewalks were poured on different days and the sidewalks are gray (the correct color) and the patio is nearly black. When we expressed concerns about the color of the patio, they said it was not finished and they would lighten it. But they did nothing and now that they want final payment, said nothing could be done. Other items on the list they agreed to do were not done. They said they knew how to install a fire pit, but they just poured a concrete ring, did not put in firebrick and filled it to the top with dirt and gravel so the fire would be above the concrete, not inside the pit because I suspect they knew it would be dangerous to build a fire in there. When we complained, they said the job was finished and would not be back to correct the problems. Stay away from them.

Timely, courteous customer service. Great quality work. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Helped me navigate the sometimes confusing code. And all in my budget. Excellent choice!

Extremely prompt; less than two weeks from first contact to finished job. Devin was great as the primary contact, and the crew that did the work was on time, knew what they were doing, cleaned up afterwards... the whole experience was exceptional. If I can find a way to upload before and after photos, I'll do that.

Within a few weeks I received an estimate, contract and installation of a new concrete patio for a very fair price. They were actually ready to install within a few days of signing the contract, but I had to delay because of my own schedule. I was struggling to get reliable quotes or call backs from other contractors, so it was refreshing to deal with dedicated, honest contractors like AR Concrete Finishing. I highly recommend these guys for any of your concrete projects!

Devin is the point of contact that responded to my inquiry very quickly. He also helped me set up the appointment with the crew to come out and tackle my project head on. The crew that was dispatched to my home was very polite and courteous. I was quoted a very fair an reasonable price and I was told that this would take a total of 2 days and that is what it took. From the office side and the field side everybody was very knowledgeable. They went way above an beyond to make sure that I was very happy with the product. The Final product was far more than that i would have expected. I will definitely go right back with this company to do anymore concrete needs i might have in the near future.
