I am not happy at all. we where given a estimate that did not include a permit. extra charge. they did not do everything that was on the estimate more extra charges. my husband told them he wanted sump pump to be pumped out side of house they put in the back of the house. they left there mess in house. husband told them he would be unavailable the 2nd time they came so he asked if they could bill us for the rest of work they said yes but then they called me even came to my house to get the money.. the Bill was double what they had first told us.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I filed a complaint with Home Advisor..

"Dear Pam we apologize for your experience and the mistake on our part for not notifying you about the permit fee ( these are standard on any permitted work ). All quoted work was completed and the extra work was required by the city plumbing inspector . The reason the sump pump had to go out the back was due to the structure of the house and following local and national codes for proper drainage . We notified the on site contractor of that as well as attempted to contact Tim . Again we apologize and could have clarified these things had you contacted us about your complaint . We would be happy to work out something to resolve this issue ."

Winston and his son are professional, personable and knowledgeable. My own son is a plumber out of state and told us what the likely problem was and the cost that his employer(family owned) would charge and out of three quotes Winston was spot on. The other two companies were more than double for this small job. We intend to hire Winston for the remainder of our needs.

They quoted $150 to install my garbage disposal. A father and son operation, they came on time, were very pleasant, worked swiftly, cleaned up and gave me instructions and tips on how the disposal works. The old disposal was rusted in and took some time to get out. The whole job was 2 hours. They honorably kept to their quote plus a small truck charge. The other plumber here, Plumbing Today, Inc., quoted $548. Any way you look at it, the quote was outrageous; I felt they were gouging.
