A Reid's Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing, Inc.

Woke up at 6am to my house already at 80° when I typically have my thermostat set to 74° at night. I called them at 9am and they set an appointment to be out at noon. It is 12:03cst as I write this review and they are already done and on to their next customer. 10/10 would recommend them. David and Steven were the technicians, they were the idea representatives for their company. I needed a new capacitor and they cleaned the coil. $150 total. They we're in and out in 15mins. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I can. I'm super happy and now super cool ð

Very professional and great job

My furnace/heat pump outside unit all broke down during the time Texas was freezing over, and I needed heat. After calling 3 different heating/AC companies, A. Reid was the only one that said would install a unit, because the other 2 companies wanted me to wait UNTIL AFTER THE STORM.

Arrived on time. Worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards.

Michael did an excellent job and I sincerely appreciate his time and effort on the project. I was amazed at how well they first diagnosed the problem and then were able to fix the problem. Specifically, a bathroom tub drain was clogged with black residue coming from the old water heater hoses. A new water cartridge to shower and bathtub was installed to replace the old corroded one and the drain was cleaned out. Water heater hoses were replaced with new flex ones. An excellent job!

They did an excellent job. Came in, looked at what needed to be done and were finished in 30 minutes. They were polite and mannerly and extremely professional.

A lot of issues popped up while the job was being done, the guys they sent handled every one and did not leave until the job was complete and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Now they are the only plumber I will use. All around outstanding!

Reid's was almost immediately on sight and ready to do the work. As I have 28 rentals and response time is very important to me. As it turned out they couldn't do what I needed and they refused to charge me. Reid's is now my plumber.

On the hottest day of the year (109 degrees), my AC went out. They must have been crazy-busy that day, but within one hour of our phone conversation, Steve arrived. He found and fixed the problem quickly; a part had burnt out and he replaced it. Throughout the visit Steve's manner was professional and reassuring. One more amazing thing: This work was done outside of most business's traditional 8-to-6 service hours, but they did NOT charge extra for that. The next time I need HVAC work, you know I'm calling A Reid's!

Being a military veteran myself, I had a chance to talk with the owner and CEO directly and discovered that he too was a vet. Usually, this factor is the clincher with me as far as integrity, honesty, and civic duty are concerned. The team that he had quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC and had a key component replaced with a new one in five minutes. I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this outfit to anyone. Thanks!
