My husband and I called in panic and terror after realizing the Plumber (another company) tried to make repairs to our bathroom before turning the water off. We called A+ Restoration Services Inc and Jeff answered. Jeff was in the middle of dinner, he stopped eating and arrived to our home in 30 minutes. He took the time to assess the damages, stayed with my husband (my husband is Diabetic and we hadn't eaten for hours) until I could get back to the house with food and explain his assessment with me! Jeff and his staff went over beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I. We will not hesitate to call A+ Restoration Inc. if we need assistance again. There are many restoration companies BUT It's the CUSTOMER SERVICE that sets A+ Restoration Inc apart!!! Luke, Rolondo, James and Jeff keep up the awesome work!!! Charles n Romona

If you ever have a mold issue you will encounter a lot of companies who will tell you you are going to die unless you use their service and pay lots of money. Not so with these guys. They do what needs to be done. They do not do what does not need to be done. Their charges are appropriate.

Pros:$1200 for mold remediation of 2 rooms plus a crawl space and root cellar (vapor barrier, encapsulation). Easy to get in touch with. Cons:work took longer than they estimated, NOT certified for mold remediation...only air quality and water damage

I would highly recommend A+ Restoration getting the mold removed from my house was a very stressful moment in time. My insurance company refused to pay for any of the damage. However the quote I received from A+ Restoration was very reasonable. I was nervous that it would cost a lot more than I was quoted for, but that was not the case. In the quote that already included the price for putting back the cabinets. Jeff the owner was very nice and down to earth and answered all of my questions as did his team. I was very impressed with the guys and Jeff and I would highly recommend using A+ Restoration.

I have bad asthma, he found mold it different areas, they did an air quality test in Kitchen and told us they would call with results. We had to keep calling them, finally he said the kitchen came back with very small amounts. Inquired about the other areas.... He said he didn't remember he sees so many houses. Mean while I still can't breath. This was a waste of time, energy, $ and we are still at a loss. We need the mold gone, is it too much to ask of a company that gets rid of mold and is suppose to help with air quality.... To do those jobs?
