Josh is amazing and they walk you through every step of the process what to look for for future issues, what they can do and the best was to save you money. They will actually inspect everything thoroughly then give you a quote. Un like the other companies who take a quick peak and what to charge an arm and leg before they touch anything. A Rivercity plumbing are the best in my opinion and they accually care about your home as if it was theirs.they are very respectful and kind and they understand low budgets and not price gouging.

The two men that came to do the job checked out the problem I was having , they explained what they needed to do . They fixed it and put everything back in place and were very pleasant to work with . I will use them again if another problem comes up in the future. So pleased !

They were 2 great guys. They explained everything that was wrong with my main line clog, what they were doing and did not try to price goudge me. I will absolutely hire them again if this problem happens again in the future. It's so nice to hire someone for a change who makes sure their doing everything they can for the customer and fix the problem at hand.

When they phoned me a Colorado caller ID showed up. I assume that was your Home Advisor connection. The connection was terrible=I could hear myself in a loud echo. I asked them for their direct phone number. That worked.

Unfortunately, they had to return as one of the drains backed up. They were there within an hour of the time I called them. They fixed the problem and in addition made the future situation an easier fix. Made recommendations to maintain the drains and make our drainage system better. An error was made and the crew more than made up for it. We were very pleased. They also were very considerate of our home and placed protective covering down where they were working. I definitely would recommend this team to anyone and will use them again if we need them. Thank you to the crew.

They got done in about an hour

They came right away and addressed multiple issues we were having; including identifying and resolving the large clog in our main drain. In addition, they re-sealed two toilets, fixed the water pressure and drain in our Master Bathroom and devised a plan to hold watch over our hot water tank.
