After having two other companies give me quotes, I went with Mr. Perez based on his apparent knowledge of garage doors and their mechanics, his pricing, and finally, his overall professionalism and presence. I chose correctly! He came out the day after I called him back. He was in and out inside of thirty minutes and my garage door opens and closes perfectly and is smoother and quieter than it has ever been. A true professional and a gentleman.
