Excellent service

The owner was polite and was hands on for the project. We had extensive wood damage under the metal roof and the costs to replace the wood was good. The team did a great job and was very courteous. Only complaints would be that at first the owner was so busy we had to play phone tag a lot, and we are still finding nails and pieces of roofing on the ground. All in all I would hire them again!

Had a really bad experience with another roofer. Came Saturday ripped my old roof off and just left, was a no show the next day. Got in contact with Joe. He and his crew came right out Sunday evening to get my house protected from the rain... they showed up just in time the rain started. His crew jumped up on the house and covered it with tarps until the rain passed... Joes crew stayed late Sunday evening, they finished up the next day... his whole crew are great people. All have great attitudes and answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend A Roof Above the Rest. Thanks again, Joe and his crew.

This contractor contacted me promptly, scheduled an appointment and completed inspection and repairs within one day. They were very thorough and easy to work with.

Everyone connected with A Roof Above The Rest was very courteous and professional. Mr. Nida gave me a great price, but more importantly, the job was done quickly and correctly. The job was done in two days and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.

I am very pleased with A Roof Above The Rest. I have been trying to get estimates since January. Joe (owner) was the only one out of 6 that gave me an estimate on the spot. The other 5 were very difficult to reach, and only 2 of them actually got an estimate back to me. Joe came out on a Saturday (called before coming with an hour heads up) listened to me and was by far the most reasonably priced. He was 1/2 the price of one of the other contractors. I told him I would hire him. His 4 man crew got to work, and was done in 2 hrs! They were very polite, and cleaned up all debris. I was so satisfied that I signed a contract for deck work, and will do another contract to complete my other outside work. Joe was very upfront about the tasks and what needed done where the others price gouged and were trying to nickel and dime me. Call them for all your outside repair needs! They do roofing, siding, painting, decking, gutters, pressure washing, the list goes on!

Joe and his crew are very courteous and willing to answer any questions. Joe took time to explain the roofing process, type of shingles that were used, and exactly what his crew would be replacing during the new roof process.

Fixed the problem. You will not find a better person and team.

I'd recommend Joe and his company to anyone. Had a leak in my roof around the chimney flashing. I had a terrible time getting a hold of a roofer, but I called Joe and he showed up the same day and had it fixed on the next day. Joe and his team fixed the shingles where the leak was and fixed the old chimney flashing and did it right. They cut into the brick and put the flashing in the cut, then sealed all around the area. It's poured the rain since then and not a drop of water has came inside. Even though my roof is getting up there in age, he didn't try to up-sale me and only repaired the area I specifically asked for. Couldn't have asked for better service. Top quality and professional. Outstanding company.

Joe was very responsive, gave a clear estimate and was very patient with my questions. They promised they would finish in one day and worked until after 8 pm (without my asking) to keep to their promised schedule. They did a great job of clean-up. We were very pleased, I would recommend them.

Joe was great to work with. His price was lower than three other contractors and he took the time to explain every step of the process before we selected him. He did a great job and his crew cleaned up very well after the job. It took a little longer than we hoped because of rain inteuptions but Joe kept the house sealed and kept us informed on what was happening. It is my mother's house. She is 81 and Joe took the time to make sure she was informed on what was happening as well. Mom was really impressed that he took the time to talk with her. I would recommend him.

I had several bad experiences with hiring contractors that I was leery about hiring someone to install a roof but Joe Nida and his crew with A Roof Above The Rest has made me realize that not all contractors lie. Joe was very honest and professional and his crew did an exceptional job installing a flat roof covering. They cleaned up all trash and debris and the crew worked together very well.
