After installation, I text and email them to come and adjust the awning and NEVER got a response. My husband had to find a way to do it the best he could.

Totally unacceptable, the job is not complete, been in process since March. Two unacceptable install attempts. The notified company I cannot pay for install until the job is completed. Will have to go to arbitration, to determine my balance on incomplete installation and will have to hire another contractor to complete the job.

They came and gave me my estimate, I called back and accepted the offer and asked about permits, they said they would check on it. They after numerous times of trying to contact them said they had the paper...and it?s been a month now and NOTHING...no response
