I can not recommend Phillips Waterproofing for your concrete needs. To be fair, they were helpful up and until concrete poured. Where they fall short is follow thru and completing the project. I have discoloration, saw lines incomplete, saw lines doubled and not straight, pits needing repair and fiber mounds needing amended. They are quick to request payment, slow to finish work. To date, still not complete after starting in January. After several calls and texts, they have become unresponsive.

Hired Phillips in May 2020, they said the work would be done in 6-8 weeks. The job itself would only take a few days but they needed to order a special door. i gave them a 10% down payment to get started and to buy the door. Instead of the job being finished in June. The kept saying they we're having problems with the door. In early August they said the were coming out to start the project, finally. We took off work to be home with the workers in case there was question. They never showed up or even called to tell us anything. I called but no one would answer, then finally a few weeks later they called with another start date in early September. They again no-showed, after that i called no answer, but then my wife called from another number and they answered the first ring (funny huh). She promptly fired them in early September, we couldn't take it any longer. In the call they agreed to refund our money minus the custom door. Come to find out the door wasnt ordered until late August they did even have an eta on the door when they scheduled the September start date. We finally got the custom door in late October, they pulled up and left it in our driveway in pieces. We're still waiting on a invoice to get the remaining part of our downpayment. I've been calling almost every week since October and still this isn't resolved. Its the end of December and we're still not done dealing with this company. This has been a horrible experience, i even told them if they would just refund me my money, i wouldn't leave this review. I would highly recommend NEVER using this company unless you want to be frustrated, lied to and you like not getting what you pay for. We're pretty sure the only way were going to get a refund is to take them to court.

I felt disrespected, I feel they do not think my time is important as they kept telling me they were coming and didn't show up or came out unannounced. I feel they are ignoring me as a customer.

The price quoted by the Salesman, Dylan, was a fair price; however, the labor performed did not meet that fair price. Some minor problems have occurred that I will repair myself. I was supposed to have broken blocks in the foundation of my porch replaced/repaired. Old broken pieces of stone/blocks were used and covered up by stucco. A crack has emerged and the place of repair is indented. The hole dug to repair my crack in the foundation has sunk six inches at the first rainfall, while this is to expected as the soil settles after being dug up, my wife voiced concerns that the dirt/clay was not properly filled in. The sealant in my garage started to crack along one wall because the epoxy solution was not mixed properly. After voicing concerns, I was told, I would be contacted after they got back to town. This seems to be a great company and I hope this was only a hiccup.

The work was started in May and was not completed until October 7th. I was told numerous times that he was going to complete the work. He never called me to tell me anything. The complaints Department at HomeAdvisor helped me resolve my problem. Lesson learned.

Finish work is very unprofessional, will not send me the warranty paperwork, so I do not have any warranty on the work completed. The project started two weeks late and now the paperwork for the warranty has been going on for over a month and still waiting even after being promised several times that he would take care of it in a couple of days. I would not recommend Phillips contractor to anyone. The pier system is only as good as the person installing it and if you do not keep your word which is in the contract then the project is never finished and the customer is not happy. A lot of money for a un warranty project. Should have gone with ram jack. instead of trying to support a local business.

Finished driveway and was most reasonable priced

Great team of people, willing to answer all my questions and explain the work they were doing. The owner was on-site several times, looking over the work. We got a lot of work done for what we paid, and we had gotten several estimates. Very pleased!

The workers were wonderful, they did the job in a timely manner and listened to our concerns and addressed them. We would highly recommend them they were very professional. If the need arose again we would definitely rehire them.

Worked well and explained the repairs needed for our older home.

Kevin and his crew did a great job They came in did the survey and knew exactly what was wrong not only that but they went ahead and price matched and then beat the price of the other two companies that I had to give me an estimate not only that but I needed to get the job done quickly and they rearrange their scheduled to start the job the next day I really appreciate the way this companies stepped up and the team was great and made sure they cleaned up the area when done I would highly recommend this company for all your crawl space or Foundation needs

It had been raining a lot in the month of March and Phillips Waterproofing finally got a day to fix our problem, but they did not get here until around 10 oâ clock. They were almost down except for cleaning up and it started raining. They got plastic to cover the concrete and said they would be back to finish the job. I have called at least 5 times and have been told they would come this week, next week and as of April 16 they still are not here! Next time I would reserve a retainer fee until all the work get completed!

Completed the project before any other service would get someone to look at it for an estimate. Started a day early since rain was due again on the projected day of the project.

Kevin with Phillips Waterproofing did an outstanding job, and was very good about calling us with updates on the progress of the job. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
