Rafael oversaw this removal of a shed and deck, which was a little more complex than the usual thing. I thought the price was quite fair, the crew did a great job, and Rafael was very pleasant and easy to work with. Could not have been better.

As far as contractors go, Leo was very responsive and great to work with. His crew came in, demolished our pool and backfilled. They handled getting permits promptly, started work on-time, completed in timely manner and cleaned up after a very dirty job.

Leo gave me a reasonable price compared to the other 2 bids for demolition and removal of a storage shed and other debris. He corresponded promptly and his employee was on time, efficient and professional. I would recommend his company be considered for any demolition and or hauling job.

ASAP Hauling is the only "pro" who called me and he was great! If there were others, they had a month to respond but never did. I had referals outside of ServiceMagic, but Leo was the most confident for the price
