Do not use this company!!! Mike did work at my previous house and was very good. I moved to a new home I hired him to replace my fuse box which was $1600. I asked him to replace 2 lights on my garage. He expressed that he would not be able to get to the until the following week. Which i agreed. I gave him $500 in cash and wrote a check for the remainder plus the cost of the garage lights. He never showed up but did cash my check. I called and requested the refund of $989 for the garage lights he never put on. This was in January and i have yet to receive a check for the $989 he owes me. Do not use him and if you do... Do not pay him in advance.

Very responsive to my call. When we met for the estimate, they were open to as much or as little work as I needed to have done, without trying to "upsell" me on additional work. If fact, as they started looking at one of the issues I gave them, it was quickly discovered there was nothing that could (easily) be done to correct the issue. Rather than charge me for the work just because it was on the estimate, they deleted that item from the initial estimate, which lowered the overall bill. They were quick, complete, and cleaned up everything before they left.

These gentleman know there stuff. Very friendly and not afraid to answer all your questions. A very positive experience and I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs. Thanks Mike and John.

I'm very disappointed with ASAP Electric they came out same day to do the work which they did just fine. BUT they charged me $1418.00 to replace 4 switches and connect an existing outlet - they were at my home for 1 1/2 hours....I was to say the least completely gouged. I would not recommend these guys especially if you are an older woman living ALONE....they saw me coming. He had my checked cashed before I could get to the bank!!

I was contacted 2 weeks ago and they have not shown up yet. I probably will contact the other company.

two great and i believe to honest guys. worked well together and helped me understand what and why they did what the did. i will wasnt expecting the price but ill take it with service they provide. i will call them again if i need to.

Mike and John did a great job kept me from two electrical fires in less than an hour

In an age where few business concerns are reliable, ASAP are skilled electrical experts, punctual and timely problem solvers. It’s good to know ASAP is in the area to assist a customer when electrical problems occur.

Should have told us that there was services charge before working.

When I called John, we were both sick, and we couldn't get a hold of anyone, and he came out right away and worked on our project all night, he said had said all our wiring was done wrong, but he had fixed it for us, we felt much better, and use what we already had, and made it work for us.

ASAP Electric did a great job. John is a good guy, and is always looking for ways to please his customers. He listens to suggestions, and takes and gives good advice.
