ASAP Glass and Door Repair

Horrible work, replaced with window with scratches, broke wooden frame, promised to come back and fix, never did, plz don't use, dishonesty is the word here.

Ryan made numerous promises to complete work for me....kept none of his commitments and was a complete customer service failure. I can't evaluate his work because he never did any work. All words and no action. After reading the other reviews, I probably made a mistake even contacting him in first place . I actually pleaded with him to take my money and for that I'm ashamed of myself. I would recommend to anyone considering this irresponsible businessman that you take your money elsewhere. I did.

Ryan was fairly priced, honest, next day service, reliable and got the job done in 30 min flat!!! Was knowledgeable on all things windows and an absolute God send and pleasure to work with!!

Ryan came out the same day I called, looked at the job, told me what he would do to repair my three windows. After getting the price quote I told him to do the job and he was able to do it right then. Job was done professionally and at a reasonable price. Give him I call if you need any window caulking and resealing done.

One window had moisture between glass. It has been 3 months and not replaced yet. Says he has glass, made appointment to install but did not show. Does not return phone calls.

Absolutely the best! Responsive, competent, easy to work with. I needed porch windows repaired immediately and they fit me in between other jobs. The result was that two big porch windows that hadn't worked in years (top and bottom) now slide smoothly up and down. Thank you!!

Much scheduling confusion. Work, however, when performed was top notch.

Very impressed. I called, Ryan came out and gave us a quote. Our other quote was twice the amount. Went with ASAP. Correspondence with Ryan was professional, and the job was done quickly! Very happy. They replaced glass in 2 windows and replaced a large picture window that had bad condensation between the glass. Definitely call them for a quote if your shopping around!

They responded quickly, gave pertinent completion dates and met or exceeded each of them.
