This remodel was completed in 2006. At the time, I was fairly pleased with the remodel. However, in the 3 years since, I've had to have much of the work re-done because of leaks or other problems -- toilet and fixture intallations, shower door installation, drywall. It seemed as if their solution to most problems was to use more caulk. The project manager was very inexperienced -- I'm not sure he knew what his people could or couldn't handle, and they overestimated their abilities. He also vastly underestimated the time and cost of the project, and as the remodel was progressing, never mentioned any additional costs.

I am extremely happy with the services provided. Our home was painted and fans were hung for an outstanding price. The quality of the job was fantastic. We plan on using ASAP for future jobs and highly recommend them to anyone. In fact we already have. Feel free to talk to them and ask for my phone number for a recommendation.

Our kitchen cabinets look beautiful! We did have a small issue that arose, but the owner was quick to solve the problem in a fair and respectful way.

I had to get a number of projects completed in a very short time in order to list my house on Sale. All the work was completed to my utmost satisfaction at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to my realtor (for reference to other clients) and to all others.

I'd requested for our bathrooms to be recaulked and regrouted. When they gave me an estimate, it was just for re-caulking but I was not told that. I got to know after the job was done that they would not do the grout work. But it was a job done well and the people were very courteous. I would use them again.

Professional service at its best. They undertook and completed the project against a near impossible deadline. Very thorough and followed up on their work and even came back to touch up move in nicks and scrapes. Would definitely work with them again. A one stop solution to all my needs!

The job wasn't well done.

A great job on my bathroom floor, however, there was a miscommunication between the scheduled time and the time the work was done (he was a few hours early).

Project took longer than originally anticipated, but worked out an agreeable pricing arrangement with the owner. Very friendly and good quality workmanship. Will use again for larger projects.
