Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Ben is very courteous and friendly. Very quick response to web request and came by the house within the hour to give estimate on repair. Showed up the next day as promised and completed repairs, and some unseen extras, correctly, on-time, and at a reasonable cost. Will use again and definitely refer to friends and neighbors.

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
We recently had a some siding blown off of the second story of our home. Ben was able to come repair our problem with very short notice, at a very reasonable price. He was extremely curteous and helpful. I would highly recommend his services.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Repair
Ben was great! He showed up on time (actually a little early) and provided great service. He was able to fix our floor and do a few extra things for a very reasonable price. I will definately keep him on call for any future handyman needs. I have already recommended him to a few of my friends!

Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove
wanted icicle lights hanging from roof line, no outside electric outlets, Ben and Jay came to install, I told them what I needed and they were done within 1 hour. I wish they had still been here when I took my 85 year old mom around fromt to view them for the 1st time. That was a priceless moment that I can never top. The cost was reasonable and they were very efficient. I am glad I asked for info and help for this project and you gave me several choices.

Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove
The project was set for Monday and it rained. He rescheduled for Tuesday but could not get there. On Wednesday he called and said he had a headache, "probably a migraine and the only thing that would help it was to lie down." Thursday he rescheduled for Friday. He came Friday and did the bushes (3) and said he would return on Saturday. He arrived on Saturday about 1:30 p.m.. He could not remember what was to be done and when he finished he said he forgot what price he had quoted. He never did the tree.

"I had been feeling really sick that week. Very under the weather. Looks great though. Homeowner was pleased with the outcome. Since I couldn't remember what I quoted and there was such a schedule conflict, I discounted my rates. Still a great customer by far! There was never any mention of a tree. We would've gladly had taken care of it for sure. I am scheduled to come back and take the lights down and now their talking about wanting me to come back and pressure wash and stain there decks!!!"

Acoustic Ceiling Tiles - Install
He was timely and punctionual. He was resourceful and delivered what was promised. His price was reasonal but not cheap. Workmanship was good.

Window Frame - Repair
Ben was prompt in reviewing the project and proposing a repair. He replaced a window sill in a timely manner and was concerned that the finished product met my requirements and quality concerns. I will call him again the next time I need repairs.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Very nice young men. We ran into a problem with our water connection and they repaired it. Had outside door replaced with locks and repair flooring and install new vinyl flooring. Very pleased with the work even though it took longer than they had anticipated , continued to work until everything was completed. Very pleased with the jobs completed. Will definitely use again for any repairs, etc. he
