He was to be here Wednesday. He came Saturday morning instead of with only a 5-minute notice. This is like the 5th or 6th time to complete the same job. There is no vapor barrier. There is tore out insulation laying under my home. There are areas the insulation is sprayed so thin you can see the subflooring. He sold this to me telling me that this was going to improve my energy efficiency. I open up the skirting and can feel the heat just rolling out of under my house as if my front door was left wide open. I am trying to find someone (professional in the trade, nonbias opinion) who does insulation to look over the job and confirm what is not done and what is done. The invoice says he is insulating my roof with Green Fiber Cellulose is not green it just looks like the stuff that was already there. The underside of my house/crawlspace is in most areas less than 1-2 inches. There is no vapor barrier. I need a professional to confirm if HVAC ducts are taped and sealed properly so I am not sure on that line item. And a friend looked to confirm that the water pipes were fully exposed and not at all insulated in most areas which will again cause me to have broken pipes again this winter. I did not receive any text until 5 minutes prior to his arrival on Saturday and I did not answer my door until my neighbor came because I did not like the way he was pounding on the door so loud and consistently as I was rushing to get myself and my kids dressed for the day. Will the owner yelled at me over and over until I pulled my camera out to record. He came with bloodshot eyes on the job. He has come to my house several times to complete the job I paid him to do and is by far from complete. I paid him $8032 to insulate the underbody and roof of my home. Now the news is fully involved and looks like he is giving me no choice but to go to civil court. And I am a single mom dealing with going from a $600 tank of propane lasting me 2 months in the winter to it lasting me not even 30 days in the fall after his renovation.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Responded promptly to my messages. Answered all my questions. Arrived on time. Cleaned up after work was completed. Quote for work done was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again and refer to family and friends.
