Monthly Mowing Services. He was asked in the beginning (Feb 2020) to 1. Let me know the day before he was coming due to a medical condition It has never happened. I have to contact him 2. Twice he has not come because of a flat tire and my lawn was high. 3. Not consistent on when he comes spreading out tge days longer and longer. 4. Had him do extra work in the beginning and he and his wife did a great job. Just had him do a partial in front he charged nearly the same amiunt and I had to have him redo it. He text me today about a flat tire on mower then refused to answer phone. This is horrible for a new small business. He has no idea what I have going on on Monday when he stated he would show bc I do: He should be able to speak with customers.
