Shelley was prompt,very nice,and very concerned,about our flea problem.I liked her knowledge,cause she knows what she is doing! She came out ,New Years Eve,and sprayed our home,and lawn.I am so impressed,I signed a contract ,for a year! If you have any problems,and need any type of pest contol,call Shelley,you will be happy,with your choice.I am going to be bug free,from now on. Her prices are so good,within anyones budget...so very satisfied!

Do not hire them for bird mites

"I am sorry you feel this way. Please contact me so we can rectify this problem. We have been successful eradicating bird mites many times. Bird mites don't survive and reproduce on human blood, so will eventually disperse or die if they don't have suitable hosts. They can survive without an avian (bird) host for 2-4 weeks. During this time the biting and itching makes life uncomfortable for the people living in this environment. Treating for bird mites helps lower the population quicker. If you move from the infested location to a new location you may bring some with you however, they normally will not live past 30 days without a proper host"

I was pleased with the service Shelley provided.She actually LISTENED to my concerns & provided a service I felt comfortable with.I have several pets & their well being is a concern for me.Shelley offered a service using green products.Not only did it do the job, but it smelled good too (no stinky odor you usually associate with pesticides).I accompanied her during her inspection & she pointed out things that I could do to prevent insects from getting inside.She also picked up my dogs outside toys showing that she truly cares for her clients & their primary concerns! Fantastic experience!

This experience, although unpleasant, was controlled promptly and professionally. The attention to detail was outstanding with the best results. I feel that the money was well spent.
