ASAP Remodeling

My real estate agent referred me to them and they were great. I had the original hardwood floors in my new home that was built in 1971. They were in good shape but needed to be refurbished. I was shocked at the results when Chris and his guys were finished. I hired ASAP to refurbish my cabinets and original tile flooring in my bathroom. I found that this fixer upper needed a few more things that i didn't know it needed even the foundation. With this being said when they finished one they started on another. I would recommend ASAP Remodeling to anyone!! Thank you Chris..

We had ASAP remodel our Kitchen and canâ t say enough on the great job Chris Smalley and his crew did. We have had him replace our roof, installed Laminate flooring and we are happy with the quality of work plus the customer service was great. I highly recommend ASAP Remodeling and Chris to anyone..

I do not recommend ASAP Remodeling. I contracted Chris Smalley and ASAP Remodeling to do several repairs around my house. Included in the quote was for him to replace my warped shutters over the French doors and dining window. He did not custom build the shutters; instead, he took down my original shutters, painted them, and reinstalled the shutters with several existing warped boards, and now they are missing the lock bolts. I need to hire another contractor to clean up his mess, replace the warped boards and install the lock bolts before the next hurricane. His quote for all the repairs was over $7K, in which he has been paid all but around $300 for a job that is not finished, and what has been done needs to be redone by another contractor. But the clincher in my disappointment with Mr. Smalley is that he walked away with a $2100 deposit payment that was meant to go to Doors by Decora for a custom-built front door that Mr. Smalley was going to install for me. In addition to the quote mentioned above, Mr. Smalley agreed to help me measure and order a custom-built front door. I made the payment to Mr. Smalley on March 3 for him to send measurements and work directly with Doors by Decora. As of May 15, Doors by Decora still has not received the deposit from Mr. Smalley. I have no recourse but to take legal action.

Did not finish the job he was hired and paid to do. Walked off the job. Legal action has been taken.

Would hire again.

Chris Smalley was prompt to respond and excellent with communication. He got the job done and did it well. He's trustworthy.
