HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ASAP installed my laminate vinyl plank flooring. The workerslways showed up on time, were very responsive to questions, were pleasant to work with and the job was meticulously done. I highly recommend this company for installing floors, and will use them again in the future for any other project I have.

I called ASAP Remodeling in need of some outside wood repair on our home as we had painters there and needed this wood repair done as soon as possible. Matt came out later that day and gave us the cost of repair and did a tremendous job getting this done and several other area's that the painters pointed out.

Matt and Chad did a tremendous job remodeling our guesthouse bathroom, installing lights and outlets in the guest bedroom, and walling off an unneeded doorway. Great communication throughout the duration of the project - flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend ASAP Remodeling.

ASAP did a wonderful job in the replacement of my flooring and carpeting. They were quick but thorough in their work. My floors are gorgeous! The workers were knowledgeable and explained every process of their work. I will use only this company for all the work needed in my home.

Matt Sohrabi is a hard worker, who cares about doing a great job. He patiently listens when the customer talks. He really tries to please the customer! I will hire him again. He can do anything from basic handyman work to remodeling. I had him & a partner move a very heavy glass & marble dining room table. They helped roll up the old carpet & mat. They then cut & fit the new mat & laid down & centered the new rug. Then moved the heavy table back. They made sure it was centered. They even took away the old rug & mat! Wonderful young men!

this was a small project with some electrical fixtures replaced, some drywall repair and painting. Matt took the same interest and care as you would expect with a much bigger job. Very honest and cares that you are happy with his work. Definitely will use him again. Have already recommended him to a friend.

I believe Matt really tried but likely over-promised, which I have seen contractors do in order to get the job when providing a bid and then it changes by the end of the job. His tile installer (who he was assisting) was good, or my review rating would be 2 stars. Maybe. The overall experience was not. Will not hire again.

"Hi Emily, when I came to you to give you the bid, you told me you are not gonna change your baseboards and you want to have the old ones, so I gave you the bid base on only tile installation (no new baseboard installation and only install the removed baseboards with no cutting or extra work), when we got done, you told me I should install the new baseboards too, So I did for you as a courtesy with no extra charge (even you didn't have the baseboards ready, so I should run to home depot to get the new ones and cut them for you). and before i get paid I asked you 3 times if you are happy or not, you said you are satisfied and happy. Even after we got done, I told you I will leave the rest of the grout bag we have for you so if you need for any other project you told me No, you don't need. right the next day you text me 2 times to leave the grout for you and I did."
