For small jobs, these guys are good. Their rates are extremely reasonable. The crew is very nice. Very friendly. Easy to work with, but not always spot on in their work.

Fast, friendly, & knowledgeable and about his business. Recommended for any home renovation. Not only did Louis and his staff refinish our hardwood floors, but they also completed two another contractors mistakes and provided solutions to minor problems we were not even concerned with at the time. Worked within our budget and will call upon for any other renovation/small home project.

Excellent work but there were some minor details overlooked. These were minor and should have been caught by me before they left. These included clean-up and some minor trim work.

Louis Garcia and his crew were professional from start to finish, performed the project with attention to detail, timeliness and as requested. He far exceeded my expectations from a home remodel project. I highly recommend him. Ask to see his photos of this remodel done in January/February of 09.

The work was good -- I did have to monitor it pretty closely to make sure the 'little' things got done, and I did most of the cleanup myself. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied and would use them again.

ASAP was very courteous and affordable and were able to do the electrical work the next day. I was very impressed that they called the day of the service to let me know that they were running late..That doesn't usually happen. I will definitely call them again. They are willing to do small jobs which is often hard to find.

Though a little late in arriving for the agreed upon time (call was made to alert me), the two gentlemen that arrived were friendly, courteous, completed the work in a timely manner and very professional overall.
