My experience was pleasant since I received the first call from the owner, Leonard Andersen, scheduling an appointment and until the ASAP team left my house. I received information on what to expect and what I should do to facilitate the job. Everything was done on time, efficiently, and with a great result: My attic was dry and clean, and I was provided with pictures before and after. We all appreciate when workers take care of our property and clean up after the job is done. ASAP team neatly covered all wood flooring in my house with extra protection where their equipment was working, and thoroughly cleaned the area when done. Their equipment was new and much quieter than anything I had to deal with before. I certainly appreciated all of them being courteous, polite, and friendly. I did not realize this Company also cleans carpeting. John explained to me the process and what chemicals they use, trying to stay away from harmful stuff. I appreciated their green approach. I am scheduling my stairs cleaning shortly. I will definitely keep their information in my contacts, hoping I will not need it. But if I do need their help, I know they will come when promised and have the job done right. They are the keepers!
