ASAP Water Heaters LLC

he was on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently, was personable, explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions in way I could I understand. most of all his price was fair.

Fast service, clean job and excellent quality

Great service! Dean was fantastic. He explained everything that needs to be done. Most reasonable price on Angi! Awesome customer service!

I don't have the words to express how much I appreciate how good he is.

We had a great experience with Your Water Heater Company. Super quick response to our quote request. Being a Saturday I was expecting I might get a call back, but we did not expect Dean to come out right away and he completed the job in very little time. Dean is also a really nice guy and we found that we had a lot of interest in common. After dealing with so many repair companies that don't give good service, we were pleasantly surprised that there are still those out there that care about the service they provide and we felt confident that we made the right choice to have Dean handle our repair job.

Dean is an amazing guy. Contacted us right away and was alway reachable. Went the extra mile to figure out and fix our tankless water heater.

We got a call right away; although it was a Saturday; he helped!

Was professional, on time, honest, got the job done quickly, was able to get to the project in a short time. Would highly recommend Dean Sime for your water heater replacement.

Positive experience.

I highly recommend Dean Sime if you have to replace your Water Heater, he is the one. I interviewed and got estimates from fewer, I mean fewer locals (Santa Clarita Valley) Plumbing Companies. When I meet him, he is humble, clear and honest. 100% Satisfied

Replace water heater

Dean was great! Saved us from our water heater exploding. Replaced it quickly and at a very fair price. 100% recommend!

Love

Dean is the absolute best! We had an emergency situation with our water heater and he showed up the same day. Gave us a great deal and kept us entertained at the same time! He'll be our go to forever!! Great energy and wonderful company! We highly recommend!

The owner of the company, Dean, is very honest and professional. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him from the moment we met. His company has great customer service. They reached out to me immediately and helped me schedule an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at my tankless water heater. Dean knows a lot about the type of water heater that we have, so after talking to him about our problem, he had great solutions for repairing it instead of replacing it, so we hired him on the spot. He has become our favorite plumber, and we will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Your Water Heater Company was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I was extremely pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Knowledgeable, prompt, and personable

Installed new water heater. Only took about an hour. Haul away old water heater.

Dean showed up when he said he would. He explained why my water heater needed to be replaced, and what types of water heaters were available. The water heater was replaced and unexpectedly the area around it was cleaner than when he started. I called for estimates from three other companies and he was not the cheapest, but worth it.

The company came out within an hour and the job was completed within a few hours from my inquiry. Very professional and fair pricing

Great job ,efficient, fair price I would highly recommend this company

I have had many homes and many water heater repairs and replacements. This was the first time that I have ever felt confident that the technician was being honest. Dean could very easily have told me my water heater needed to be replaced but was honest and got it back up and running. Dean was so personable and I will definitely be telling all my neighbors and friends about his company!
