I m having a lot of work done in my house, and found mold in the attic. Not only did this company respond and get the job done immediately, but everyone in the company were the kindest, most respectful contractors I ve ever dealt with. This is my first time ever writing a review of any kind. I ve dealt with a lot of contractors in many trades. I highly recommend ASD Waterworks.

We were booked for a Monday morning, when Ed didn't show up I called him. He said he didn't remember our appt. but he would get over in a little while. Sometime later a crew with shirts with another company logo showed up and gathered on the driveway waiting for Ed. I finally had to ask them to start tearing out the carpet downstairs. They brought almost everything out of the basement which included (before I knew it) the wooden shelving that was attached to the wall and threw it in the dumpster. I really feel they could have sprayed that and saved it. They did their cleaning and when they were done, it smelled so strong with an unusual smell downstairs. One of the guys said it would disappear shortly. After a week I got Ed to come back and he sprayed something that did help get rid of the bad smell. At that time I enquired about why they took the shelving off the wall and why they opened the fuse box and ripped the paper list off the box and threw it out among other things. His answer was everything should be removed, yet the brought back in a mattress and an overstuffed recliner. So his answers did not make real sense. I felt like his crew did a very average job for the price we paid. This house is a small bungalow and his price was $1250.00. I just expected a more professional job than I received for that amount. I could list several other things but I hope anyone thinking of using ASD WaterWorks gets an idea of the type of company they are and thinks twice before hiring.
Response by ASD WaterWorks, LLC: Sharon, First and foremost we here at ASD Waterworks would like to extend our greatest apologies to you, it seems that we may of had a scheduling error on our behalf that day and a few slight miscommunication errors during the course of the project. I am leaving this response to not only provide insight on the situation but to also give anybody that reads this a better understanding of how the Microbial Remediation Process works when it comes to certain items and/or materials inside the mold-impacted areas. As for the removal and disposing of certain materials outlined in the above review, we are the professionals and carry the responsibility of making the determination on what is salvageable and what is non-salvageable. Upon allowing us this responsibility to provide you with the requested Microbial Remediation Services in the Basement of your home, you are also delegating the responsibility of making the best determination on whether or not certain items and/or materials are removed and discarded from the mold-impacted areas. If we feel that there are any risk to you or your family by leaving certain items or materials in the home then they are to be removed and discarded. However, I feel like the confusion of this matter is due to a lack of communication and as previously stated we apologize for that and will work to ensure that it does not happen again. We would like to Thank You for this review, as we will use it to improve our business and become a better company than we were yesterday. We here at ASD Waterworks are constantly looking to improve our systems and structure in order to better serve our clients in a time of need.
