I scheduled them to clean my fireplace chimney. I was clear I had one fireplace and one with an insert. When they came out they said they did not have time to clean the one with an insert and would need to schedule. After several calls, I spoke with someone. They said they verified the information they had was correct and did not know why the crew did not have time to finish the job. They said they would reschedule and call back. I did receive a call but was on the phone and could not answer it. I have called a total of 10 times today and no answer. I left messages and calls have not been returned. I was also told I would receive a confirmation email. No email has been received. I would like them to complete the work but may need to contact another company.
