I would stay far far far far away from this company Omar Ramirez from A & S HOME RENOVATION GROUP AND SERVICES, LLC stole $6,000 from our family for a job he never finished. He took the $6000 to put anHe took the $6000 to put in new windows And never finished the job . after Six months of waiting, we contacted him To return our money, and after numerous times to try to get it back he ghosted us.he took a deposit on windows that he never finished and never returned our money. Heâ s the biggest scam artist in the area. He also changes his company names often, so watch out for him and make sure youâ re not working with Omar Ramirez

Omar doesn't deserve the half star in order to acknowledge a review. Completely incompetent and lazy. He and his "team" (consists of his brother and son) arrive on site REEKING of weed. What should have taken 3-4 days took 7. I had 2 bedrooms, an office, living room and kitchen. He did a few other odds and ends which he left undone because I wanted him out of my house. Left me no paint to do touch ups. Just a horrible horrible experience. Didn't use drop clothes, crappy edging and of course paint that landed on furniture was never cleaned up. Always had an excuse for showing up late, leaving early or not showing at all. Took an additional 3-4 weeks for him to come back and fix the 13 touch up areas. I regretfully referred him to a friend who had a total remodel of her condo which started in May and is still INCOMPLETE and a crap job at that.

Omar stole my money for new windows, $6,000 after weeks of requesting an update he finally blocked my number. Beware he uses two phones, is very shady, and does poor work. I am pressing charges against him for theft. I am also going to plaster my experience on every network, and Orlando site I can find. My $6,000 will cost him $10s if not $100s of thousands. I wont stop, gave him the chance. I am sure he is out raping people of money that were impacted by the Hurricane, it is his style. See you in court, can wait to see your face.

Omar was knowledgable, kept a good pace, was very courteous and gave me the wonderful floor I was hoping for. When I asked for help putting some heavy items into the room, he willingly helped. He went out of his way to be sure that everything I needed was done. He will definitely be my go-to man for the next two projects I have in mind.

They arrived on time. They do good quality work. They finished the job on time. They exceeded my expectations.

Omar and his assistant Juan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new floors. I absolutely love how my floors came out especially my staircase. I will definitely be using A S Home Renovations for any and all upgrades I plan to do in my home. Also, wanted to say, once I contacted him, his response was within reason. This is very important to me as well.

BEWARE! Omar was FAST to respond to my request for quote, and was the lowest of the 3 I solicited. Thats the good news. The rest of the news was AWFUL! HORRIBLE QUALITY, an unskilled apprentice was dropped off at my house to complete the job. Omar was back in 4 hours to pick him up and collect my money. I provided pictures and notified Omar I was NOT a satisfied customer. Omar strung me out for months before he finally reimbursed me for my materials. Omar gave me more excuses than I care to mention in this review. I saved every text between us. It is too bad that I cannot upload them to this review.

Omar and Carlos did a fantastic job on our hardwood installation. They showed up early and worked throughout the day to finish the job in 1 day so we can move back into our house. They did not cut corners and ensured we were pleased along the way. Omar has been great communicating with us and willing to return after we purchase the additional materials such as transitions to complete the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for hardworking individuals who are respectful and timely. Will definitely be working with them again on any other projects in the future.

A&S was very responsive and helpful form the first contact with them. He answered every question in a timely manner. I was not able to be home when they did our floors but they kept me informed step by step. I was highly satisfied by their work and definitely recommend them.

A&S exceeded my expectations! I hired them to install flooring in a home I purchased in Florida. I had not moved to Florida yet and needed help picking a floor that matched the cabinets. I sent Omar pictures of flooring that i thought matched the cabinets and Omar picked the perfect match. He picked up the floor at the railway in Orlando then delivered the floor planks to Melbourne. The installation was perfectly done. It looks like it was installed by the builder. I also hired him to paint. He does flawless work and he always goes the extra mile to please. He is a professional.
