Hello my name is Charles Glenn and have been in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry since 1976 and in business since 1994.We haved serviced and installed over 3,500 units in that time. Charles called immediately and set an appointment within 24 hours and was also on time for our appointment. He took pictures of the issues and clear. I got the sense that he knew what he was talking about. After repairs were completed he walked me through the work he did. He also pointed out some other potential issues which I was grateful for and now am considering more work in the future.

Our main problem was gas-heater related. The company called within 10 sec. of my online quote request and came within the time frame specified (only 1 hours). The service was excellent. Would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

A.S.I. Heating & Air Conditioning was on time, explained what work needed to be done, completed the work in a timely manner, and although there was more work involved they completed it without any additional charges. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Also they gave many options that we were not aware of.
