I use this company about 8 years ago to install cameras at my home and tech did A awesome job; so I call them to install cameras at our church and they did a terrible job. The job could not be finish in one day; because one piece of equipment did not come in; I did not know this until the end of the day. One technician did most of the work while the other technician Daniel played with his cellphone most of the day. When the part came in Daniel came by himself to install. One camera was to low which I told him on the first day; but I had no problem with the cameras until he took both cameras down and put them back up. The evening start setting in and the cameras would flash red and blue when you walked in cameras view. I asked Jim the owner to come fix the cameras; because that would be distraction if we are having Church Service. He said it would be a $125.00 service charge. I texted him and his son the same night to tell them about the red and blue lights. Daniel said he would come out the next day; but he did not. I called Jim and he told me; I would have to trouble shoot with Swanns cameras my self. I was not happy with the service and will Not use them again. Be aware of their services.

I used this company for the installation of cameras. First of all I was super impressed at how quickly the owner was able to accomodate me and get me in last minute! The 2 techs arrived on time too and were very professional. Being new to installations I was completely clueless on positioning for sunlight as well as angles for optimal views. They took their time to explain all options and recommendations, and worked quickly without interruptions. Once done they even stayed back while I tested the positions of the cameras. I would definitely use them again as I am very satisfied with the job they did!

Great customer service

ASI was quick to respond to my installation inquiry. Cameron was very courteous and professional. The guys that came out to install the cameras were also courteous and professional. They did a great job. I would use them again for any future installation needs and would definitely recommend them.

Things started off a bit late but they went above and beyond to make sure things were set up correctly and that I had things wired in my home the way I wanted. I have a Ubiquiti security system which is not super common and they were able to install it. Very nice and respectable gentlemen and I would use them again on my next install or if I have anything else that I need set up.

Thomas was awesome. Very courteous and did amazing work in a quick efficient manner. Definitely recommend. Also the owner was awesome in the initial consultation and was very quick to get me booked.

After having A terrible experience with A very large home security/camera company ASI came out & gave me A very fair price & installed the system with some great technicians helping me with setting up the system in my I phone & how to operate it ! I have some more work coming up soon & I will call ASI they are now my go to on security cameras !
