They came out and gave us a great quote the day after we looked on home advisor for a landscaper to do some leaf blowing and mowing (my husband injured his shoulder and couldn't do it himself and I just had surgery and cannot do any lifting--we live on ½ an acre). We booked them through home advisor and they never came. Upon calling home advisor, we couldn't get an answer as to why they didn't show up. I called them directly and left 2 messages thanking them for their quote and telling them to call me back to set up an appointment and no one called back. We are so disappointed. We're looking for someone else to do the job but other quotes we received are almost double.

Requested a quote on line on Saturday of holiday weekend, had quote in less than 24 hours, scheduled for next day, rain expected so was tentative, communication was exceptional, reschedule next day, so all in 3 days quote and project complete.

Sean contacted me and asked for some pictures of the work so he could give me an estimate. The estimate was provided in a range of low - high range. After the work was completed, the actual price was $10 over the low number, so I gave Sean and his worker a $20 tip each (I was ready to pay the high number). It was a cold morning in late December and I needed a line of leaves removed from the front of my property before the winter weather set in.

AS was very responsive and on short notice scheduled my clean up on Christmas eve. They were meticulous in the cleanup and did a great job despite the wet leaves from the earlier rainfall. The team worked relentlessly without taking a break for hours on end to get the job done. Although the price was steeper than I expected, the convenience made it palatable; palatable enough for a generous tip. I would not hesitate recommending or rehiring AS.
