Aaron (owner) and one of his sons arrived in a timely manner, They were very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and informative about what would be involved in the cleaning of our wood burning fireplace. I was fine with the cost for cleaning our chimney, it really needed to be done for safety. But! When a huge crack was discovered by them, they patched it at no additional charge!! We got so lucky that they noticed such a dangerous fire hazard and fixed it immediately for us! He explained all equipment and best use, things we were completely unaware of. Will definitely hire again!

They were polite; communicated well, cleaned up after themselves. My dryer hose came off. I called and they came out the same day to fix it. I would recommend them for chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
