1- Liner: Does not fit to pool deck corner. - Poor workmanship, the liner should have been stretched to fit the pool or the liner was cut using the wrong dimensions 2- Cement: Cracks in the cement slab. - Poor workmanship, numerous cracks in the cement slab 3- Cement: Poor workmanship at cement slab on poolside. 4 Pool Light: Covered by workers. Light is seen by the Technician. Electric cord left. At the time of the initial pool inspection, the Owner could not see the light. Michael added a New Light Clause to the contract but agreed to use the original light. - Pool had a light, the light was covered but the electrical connection was left. 5 Polaris Pump: Pump removed never returned. Pipe for Polaris installed. The pump needs to be connected to an electrical outlet. - the pump was removed but the pipes left 6 Handrail: At the time of contract signing, Owner committed to installing a handrail. 7 Used equipment - No Documentation: Inline chlorinator, Filter, pump liner documentation warranty cards needed. - No warranty provided, no proof that equipment is new. 8 Bubbler: Needed for end of pool Polaris outlet. Wonder why grey bubbler installed? 9 Sprinkler: Inground sprinklers around the pool removed. 10 Liner: pool not sealed. On Sept 3, the pool tech left the water running overnight. The water bubbled under the liner in the Deck corner - worried about the liner floating. Water leaked under the concert slabs. - Poor workmen ship, water flows under the cement slab, potential destabilizing the foundation or the pool. 1 Incorrect electrical breaker installed. One Pole Circuit Breaker installed. Recommendation from Pentair authorized dealer that a 2 Pole GFCI Circuit Breaker should be used. Is this the cause of Pump readout: ERR 0021?

Great communication. A bit pricey for the time spent but it fixed the problem. Worth the money. They were on time and very kind. Hard to find these days.

After making the first contact I was asked to send pictures for the crack in the system and the label from the tower. I thought this meant that they would be finding the parts before their visit. We the repairman arrive it was as though I never sent the images and I was told it would take till the end of the week to get the part. It ended up that they were not able to fix the crack until the following week. Another repairman came to fix it. The next time I turned on my polaris it did not respond. In 18 years this had never happen even when I have to completely change out the system. I am very frustrated.

They installed the wrong equipment and then refused to take it back and give me a total refund.Bait and switch. Do not trust this co.

We were rold the project would take one day of work and would be worked in in the next 3 weeks. 3 months later, after hounding and threatening to request our deposit back, they started the project and left it half done. Again, two months later, we are hiring another company to complete their work. it was impossible to get in touch with them to get answers.

The pool representative answered any question I had regarding the operation of my pool. I had a particular question about backwashing the pool in case we had more rain than expected. The representative made sure before he left that I knew how to do it, if necessary. He was very attentive to my concerns. He is now is the process of getting my pool opened. So far, I am very pleased.

Ive just started using ASP but so far they have done everything the promised. They came when they said & Sam explains all steps he's taking to clear up our pool. He also sends email yodat with progress. So far So Good.

I would not recommend this company. The work got done but took so much longer than they said it would. There were days they didn't come or call. I just expected better work ethics and they let me down. The 2 men who did come to work were nice but work was not done in a timely manner. I would not call them for anything else.

Everything they told me that I would accomplish with the service was accomplished.. I could not be more pleased with ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company - Columbia.

Very poor communication. Did not come when was supposed to then showed unannounced the next day and gave me wrong information. Apparently there is now new crew and the new manager/owner contacted me and apologized for the situation. It seems he will be trying to right the wrong doings of the previous employees.

Excellent communication and responsive service

They worked on my pool 3 different times and could never find the real problem. They also indicated that they wished I have not called them in the 1st place. They might be ok if you just wanted your pool cleaned; but don't waste your time if you have a real problem. I called another pool company that a friend suggested and they were able to diagnostic the problem and fix it on the 2nd trip out.

Great service. On time and do a great job.
