Great guys. Affordable and meticulous work. They come every week whether I'm at the house or not. They send a weekly report with what they added to the pool and include a picture of the water and pool when they finish cleaning and balancing the pool chemicals. Awesome guys, highly recommend them!!

Still owes me money that was payed to them Garrel Cutright at time of start of work, from escrow account during closing. Money was est aside to have the pool "Green to clean" and replace the "sand in the filter" They were present daily and very polite workers, but as soon as the pool was "clean" and approved, they disappeared, and never returned my phone calls, texts or emails. I wanted to either be taught how to keep the pool clean on my own or hire them to do the work for me, but they would not return my connections. They had been paid in full, and overpaid. They did not use all the money that I had given to Garrel Cutright written from my closing attorney. Finally MONTHS later they called, and asked if I needed their services for anything, I was beside myself and said, I wanted nothing from them except for my money that was due to me, and approved by my Realtor and my Closing Attorney. This was a few months ago, and AGAIN I have not received my money back that is OWED TO ME. I have been cleaning the bottom of the pool on my own with the hose, extension rod and triangular device to suck up the dirt and leaves on the bottom of the pool. I learned this by watching YouTube and the help of my neighbors. I was just diagnosed with LUPUS and if Garrel had been a professional for running his company / customer service, and return funds when they are due /book keeping I could have really used their services for weekly cleaning of my in ground pool, but i refuse to use HIS company until I receive my refund that is due to me and a professional apology. Along with my pool leaking when they were doing the "green to clean" and they were the company that put a brand new liner in the pool less then 2 years prior . They were going to find the leak , stating the leak is usually by the staircase. But they dropped the ball on that too, and now I have to fill the pool with water, that I pay for 2-3 times a week and put in approximately 3 -4 inches of water. I am so frustrated with Gerral's Company with ASP.

Competent and knowledgeable of salt water systems. Excellent customer service.

He was responsive to initial request, came when he said he would, did a great job of cleaning the pool and outlined what he would do in the future for the price agreed upon. So far, great company.

Poor communication and unreliable regarding showing up when promised, Workmanship below quality promised. Careless performance.
