Vasya came out and did some repairs on my roof and was very professional and did the job quickly. One of the roof vents that was resealed leaked and Vasya came back out to fix for no additional cost due to the work being guaranteed. After about 6 weeks the same roof vent started to leak again. I called and text Vasya person number that he gave me and the company number but did not receive a response. After leaving 4 messages and texts I am going to have to move on to another roofing company after ASR did not fulfill their commitment to fixing my roof.

ASR did a great job. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend.

They came out quickly, gave me a verbal estimate and then completed the job as soon as weather permitted. Vas knows roofing and has a great work ethic!

Vas does an excellent job. We had a leak around the chimney on a flat roof portion on our house. He totally diagnosed the problem and fixed while dodging rain. Professional, timely, & prompt.

Had a difficult time getting scheduled due to Corona Virus and other commitments. Had a habit of needed to reschedule at the last minute which was frustrating. Overall great work tho.

Know that they respond quickly to estimate your work. They provide step-by-step information regarding what they will do to fix your issue. The work was then completed the following day! Excellent work and professional courtesy.

Showed up as promised at reasonable price

The job was done and I no longer have a leaky roof after several other roofers tried to fix it. The only issue was having to call several times to get the full written estimate with there warranty agreement. I also asked for a number a drywall repair company which the said they provide me but never received.

They responded quickly and did the repairs on schedule.

Thought since I live in Sgf, and ASR is a little distant, there might be a delay in getting a very small roofing patch job scheduled. Much to my very pleasant surprise, I made the call, got the bid and got the repair all on the same day. Professional and efficient.

Watch for hidden costs and them keeping all the left overs you didn't need in the first place.
