Chris and his TEAM was great company very friendly and they were here on time. FINISHED EVEN BEFORE HE SAID HE WOULD. Still waiting for small details to be completed. more Communications on payment types needs to be discussed before night before the job. AWSOME FLOOR JOB BEAUTIFUL

A&S Renovations, LLC responded to my request for a quote and service very quickly via email, phone and text. Their early response, great customer ratings, reasonable quote and professionalism made them an easy choice. Chris and Luis are true professionals and were a pleasure to work with. My floors look beautiful and they went the extra mile to paint and install my baseboards. I had not previously communicated any need to paint the baseboards, but they took care of that for me too. Thanks to Chris' Mrs. who helped get the paint sprayer out to him on a minutes notice. Great customer service in attending to every detail! I will contact A&S again when I am ready to do some other projects and will be sure to let my friends know to contact A&S with their project needs.

A fantastic job well done by Chris and his crew! As a first time home owner and only having the house for about a year, I was hesitant about outsourcing one of my projects; however, the team not only under-promised and over-delivered by completing an estimated 2-day job in 1 day, his team was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. My project was a laminate install where I had already finished one-half of the house, but wanted the other half to go quicker than the amount of time it took me. Chris and his team went above and beyond by finishing the trim on the one-half of the house that I hadn’t finished yet. As they progressed through the project, they communicated with me some snags along the way and provided me options to choose from. I greatly appreciate the communication and amazing job. I’ll definitely be calling A&S Renovations for the next project that I need help on!

I am very happy with the quality of the work. Chris was responsive and answered all question I had. They came to work early and got teh job done. Their price was reasonable and they saved us money on materials. Wood floors look great!

Chris and his team were able to paint an entire 6 bedroom home in 6 days. They were also able to install laminate flooring throughout. I appreciate their quick turn around as that is what was needed in our situation.

Chris and his team were very professional and hard working (started work 7AM most days). I initially hired Chris to install 1400 sq ft of flooring but ended up with him painting the entire inside of the house, garage walls & floor along well as all the external trim. I then had Chris install a new all wood Kitchen as well as replacing the vanities in both bathrooms. They were VERY accommodating, clean and so friendly. Chris was always quick with his response to any of my questions or concerns and would always send me pictures. He gives nothing less then perfection. I am so pleased with the results that I hope to use him on future home projects and would highly recommend him.

Chris and his team are very professional and hardworking. I initially booked him for installation of flooring but ended up having him paint the entire house first as well. They are VERY efficient, clean and so friendly. Chris was always quick with his response to any of my questions or concerns. He gives nothing less then perfection. I have a few more home projects for him coming up real soon. We are so pleased with the results😊

The job was 1000 square feet of abused 1918 pine flooring. A&S bid a very fair price for the work. I did not have a specific deadline so the job was slightly drawn out. Had there been a deadline, I am sure it would have been met. Ultimately the job was completed with no stress in a timely manner for us and it is beautiful. these floors have come all the way back with a certain antique aesthetic. The job cost slightly more than expected, but I have learned all old house cost more than you think to renovate

great paint job, i will recommend this team, quick, and clean, they came back to inspect the job themselves and correct all the little imperfections i did not see myself, keep the good work and continue keeping your customers happy.

I hired Chris and his team last month they have been awesome!!! Quick to respond! I am looking forward to seeing the job completed and will write a review again once there. Chris is removing popcorn ceiling, paint exterior and interior of house and laying flooring. I have seen pictures of the work in progress and thus far I am very satisfied!
