We had a full HVAC system replacement done by Aire Serv of South Austin at our home in Barton Creek, and we are very happy with the experience. Mordi and Sean were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly throughout the installation. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure the new system was working properly before they left. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv of South Austin to anyone in the Barton Creek or South Austin area needing HVAC repair or a new system installation.

We called Aire Serv South Austin out because our AC had been running nonstop, but the house just wasn’t cooling down. Turned out to be a refrigerant leak Mordi and Sean tracked it down and walked me through what was going on before they touched anything. Fixed it, and waited around a bit to make sure it was actually holding and cooling before they left. The house has felt great since. Would use them again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I recently had a summer checkup from Aire Serv if Central and North Austin. I was a long time customer but stopped a few years back when new owners bought the service area that I was in. It was not the same service that I was accustomed to. For a few years I tried different service providers and none of these providers had the customer service I was searching for. Yesterday, I received a text from the new owner of AireServ in my area. They offered to come service my AC unit for the summer. I had been stressing about finding a new provider. I immediately jumped at the opportunity to give the new owners an opportunity to gain my trust. I was please with their service. I look forward to establishing a new relationship with the new owners.

Had n AC condensation pipe clog that was causing a leak in the drain pipe. Isaura contacted me through my post on Nextdoor to connect me with my repair guy. Mordechai Meir Did a great job in coming out and fixing the issue as quick as possible. Service was friendly and scheduling was flexible. Pricing was slightly higher than what I was expecting.
