he riped me off and almost cost me the sale of a house. Home advisors doesn't really check to see if they are honest contractors

I called AS&W and they spent 30 minutes on the phone with me trying to figure out if I could solve the problem without hiring them- I couldn't believe they put this much effort into me NOT needing to hire them. When we figured out that I did need them to come to my home to do an assessment, Ashie scheduled me for the next day (but offered to come that evening) and spent several hours sifting through some major problems that had existed before we bought our house. He happened to have a few phone calls during the time he was at our house and he deducted that time from the bill. Fair pricing, great work, and overall awesome business.
