Leo and Ricardo did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors. The dust was kept to a minimum and the timeline was exactly what they told me. My floors look great. Communication was very good as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Leo and his team did an excellent job refinishing my 1960s hardwood floor. Their price was very competative, they responded quickly, got me on the calandar promptly, and sanded, filled, resanded, stained and applied 2 coats of finish to around 1200sqft, as well as replacing the damaged nosing at the top of my stairs, in two days. Amazing. They also came back the day after for a few touchups that I wanted addressed and took care of them immediately. Comminication is mainly through text, which I prefer, but may not be your preference, so just a heads up. Also, when refinishing floors up to baseboards they will get marked up, just the nature of the beast. We were already planning on redoing our baseboards so it wasn't an issue, but if yours are in good condition I would either find a way to protect them (a few layers of painters tape?) or discuss with Leo what additional service he can provide to protect them. Would thoroughly recommend.

I found a select hardwood on Angi, and I hired them to redo the floors in my kitchen who have been trashed by a renter. The work is impeccable, it was conscientious, it was done for a very fair price, and after hiring them on a Thursday they had the job done the following Monday. Communication was excellent via text, and I could not recommend them enough. I would definitely hire them again.

This was a good experience, and they did a fast and good job. The new floor looks great and the decades old floor looks wonderful. I think writing and communicating well could be improved--when will the work be done, how will it be done, and when will payment be due.

Old west broght life back into some very old floors that I don't think were ever re finished. They look fantastic

Absolutely poor communication throughout the process. He proceeded with a color mix without approval. There were lots of missed spots, or over application throughout the floor. Overall quality of work was substandard.

Leo was prompt in getting back to me. He was out for an estimate the following day after talking. He was able to start the project a few days after the bid. Two days after starting the floor was completed and hadn't looked as good since the last time we refinished our floors.

If I use again, I would have a clear written understanding of timeline and procedure for completion of the project.

My experience with them was fine. And until the last day I had paid them on the 29th of August. I gave Leo a check. Then they had left, as I was climbing the stairs. I notice the differences of the height. Some was 7 ins and others 9 ins. That is the step that home inspector would not pass because it's not in code. He had ignore my calls.

Hired to do my entire main floor hardwood refinishing. At the time I thought they worked really fast and was impressed but later realized they did not apply a top coat/protective coat sealer and did not remove baseboards. They cleaned up the baseboards when I asked but now that it’s been a few weeks we have been living in the home we can totally tell there is not a protective top coat as things that should not be damaging the floors are - after 10+ years of having the same color/stain color on my hardwoods at various homes. I also reached out about a week after the service was performed twice to see if I could get a small sample of the stain color for touch up spots that I was finding around and never heard back. I will not hire again and completely got what I paid for.

Leo, and his team of George and Ricardo, were nice, professional and focused on the quality of their work. They arrived on the appointed day and time and completed the job beautifully on that same day. I will definitely hire them for all my flooring needs.
