I got some good suggestions and overall felt very motivated to move forward in organizing my house after having people who don't know me go through and give opinions, point things out, etc. I have lived in my house just over a year and was feeling stuck- a fresh perspective from somebody who is not a friend or relative was really helpful. I would like to have them back to help my daughter with her room, but her schedule is very busy and I keep thinking I may get to it myself.

I think their service is a complete rip-off. The prices are exorbitant, their estimate of man-hours to organize one room was 18-26 at $40/hour. Unbelievable.

"As soon as we learned of her dissatisfaction, her money was fully refunded with sincere apologies. It's been our only refund in 2.5 years. We estimated two 3-hour work sessions, which she would do with two organizers (total 18 hours.) We stand by our estimate."

Olivia was incredibly patient while I suffered through the 'decluttering'. It is a very painful process for me, and I really appreciated the fact that she was resilient and not affected by my tortured attitude. She had persistence and patience, and offered some ideas for my mail center. We are still working on the 'flow chart' of my mail, and have some miles to go before the 'home office' is totally up to speed. Olivia is dedicated and capable.

Olivia Acree was a pleasure to work with and very quick to figure out (and help me figure out) my wants, needs and organizational style. She gave excellent preliminary suggestions on her consultation visit and helped me set goals that were realistic yet more than I could have envisioned on my own. I asked her to come back to help me get started, and I was amazed at how much we acomplished in just three hours. I was so happy with how well she helped me organize my new baby's room (formerly the "junkyard" that we called a guest room) and my boxes of toddler hand-me-downs and outgrown clothes that I have asked her to come back again to help me with my bedroom closets and part of the basement. I highly recommend Oivia Acree. She not only got the job done, but she made a previously dreaded task very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to her return visit next week.

Perceptive, reasonable, personable, organized and efficient. We will be working together soon to make much needed changes in my house. Enjoyed meeting Olivia and her partner Mona and felt very comfortable talking with both. I believe both understood the changes that need to take place, but more importantly these are tailored to my needs.
