A Speedy Repair

We hired Justin a little over a month and a half ago for the repair of our washer. he advised that we needed a part and asked that we Venmo him $289.00 for the part and the remaining $100.00 for installation of part when it came in. He would not reach out to us regarding the part and when we had to reach out to him, it was always "it's on back order and someone will call you". Like I said this started a month and a half ago. Now Justin will not take our calls nor return them. I started calling him on Thursdays with deadlines to contact us and he refuses to call us back. I have had to advise Justin that if he does not return our payment, we will be contacting both the police department to file a claim for theft as well as our attorney.

I felt that he was very unprofessional because I have not received a receipt for the January 4th initial day of service. I have contacted him and he has still not sent it. He stated he would charge $75 for trip fees which has now changed to $85 for no reason. It has now been a month and they still don't have the two switches for my micro wave convection oven and refuse to refund the balance of $125.00 of the original deposit of $200.00. They stated the refund would be in the mail over three weeks ago! Patricia W. in Clermont, FL

The customer service was excellent. On time and the repair man was very friendly and explained what caused the problem and how to avoid future problems. Definitely on my call list and would definitely recommend them

Justin is THE worst. Extremely rude. Charged $288 to repair my ice maker. Claimed I needed a new part and that it would be delivered and installed on a Saturday. The part did not come until Monday. Installed it and claimed it was fixed. It was not. Called back and could not leave a voice message because the voice message box was full. Sent e-mail. Justin finally called me back and angrily defended his earlier work. I had to threaten to take it further to get him to come back. He came back and fixed it later that afternoon. The main issue here is rudeness and customer service. I own 2 rental properties plus my main house and this was the first and LAST time I will ever use them for any repairs.

Poor at communicating. I called two days after the initial house call. Left a voice mail... No response. Next time I called voice mail box was full so I could not leave a message. I ordered parts from Jacksonville when they were available at a parts place one mile from my house. Took four days when it could have been done in a couple of hours.

Justin arrived on time and appropriately masked. The replacement of the garbage disposal and caulking of the undermount of the kitchen sink was completed quickly and professionally.

Justin was very personal and professional. I felt the project took a little too long. Came to home on Thursday, Saturday and finally was fixed on Tuesday. However, we needed to buy a cap for the agitator after the work was completed.

Great service and a prompt response

Justin was able to detect the issue with our refrigerator right away. He didn't have the part on hand to fix it, but got one that day and came back to complete our repair. Justin was very professional and great to work with.

My refrigerator was going out. It required two service calls. Their response time was amazingly fast. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and explained the issue in layman's terms. I will definitely use them again.
