Through, timely manner, polite. I thought the price was a little high for such a small job of carpet stretching. When I provided the materials (carpet padding,tacking strips). They did not vacuum after the job was complete.

"I gave this customer a price from the very beggining he new it when we arrived, when it came time to pay he suddenly frogot the price.I also told the customer to save money he should get the padding himself, or I would have to charge him for a full roll. I was trying to save this customer money,and the mess that was on the carpeting was not from us but from the customer who tryed to fix the carpet"

1. the repair man didn't have the right tool with him and had to hang around about 1/2 hour until it was brought to him 2. After working on the repair he showed me his work as if he was finished. When I pointed out where it was not acceptable he agreed and said he won't accept it either...so why did he try to get my approval on it? 3. After working on the repair some more he showed me and it looked better...but when he left i rubbed my hand over the repair and found he just had combed the carpet a certain way to hide the errors and once it was brushed back the same non-repair was visable. Had to give 1 star for review to be accepted

"There was bubbles every where in the carpet, it was in very bad shape and the customer was very much aware that there was only so much that could be done to her carpet, she was told what her results would be prior to us doing the work that is why we have received a signature prior to doing the work. For the price and the condition the carpet was in the tech did a wonderfully job."

I was contacted by them immediately after submitting my request and was able to schedule an appointment to lay down new padding and reattach my existing carpet for the very next day. I was quoted a good price and they stuck to it exactly. They were a little later than originally scheduled and I had to pay for a full roll of padding despite not needing that much, but given the price and extremely quick turnaround, I still give them high marks and can recommend them!

They did a decent job, but were late twice due to truck problems, and lost my cell phone number so they couldn't call me. They also broke my neighbor's mailbox post while backing out of my driveway.

We had a 8 by 10 carpet to clean. It took him 20 minutes to set up and 3 to clean it. He went over the carpet once, if he would have went over it a second time, I would have been satisfied.
