I am in Florida and needed someone local to assist with some work on a house I purchased there. I hired this company to repair hole in floor and ceiling as well as put down flooring and install cabinets. Although the guy was very responsive and seemed to be nice and he offered to pick up supplies as opposed to my having to purchase and drive them up, I'm really disappointed in the work. He asked for 1/3 up front, so I paid $750, then a day later he asked for another third as he stated he had guys helping him. I paid $953.84 which included $213 for flooring supplies. I purchased all materials and was to pay him for labor. He wanted $2200 (This was to cover replacing kitchen subfloor and install tile, fixing hole in floor and ceiling as well as installing cabinets. When I went down to look at what was being done, I was so upset. I ordered 4 sheets of subflooring and see only the results of one sheet put down and none left that weren't installed. The sheet tile has bubbles and lumps in it and the glue he used to put it down with was tracked on other tile and carpet - which I'm still trying to get out. He put up sheetrock to cover hole in ceiling, but there is still a hole at the corner. The one cabinet he put up, he put it up all the way to the top of the ceiling with the cabinet shelving still on top. I contacted him to discuss and sent him pictures and he got upset at me saying I was making stuff up even though I sent him the pictures as proof. Even though he didn't replace the entire subfloor, did not cover the entire hole in ceiling, Tile did not cover entire area as requested (about 6 inches from wall by sink is exposed - and this is what he measured and picked up) and only put up one cabinet, he still has not offered to reimburse me some of my money. When talking with him, he got snippy with me when I was trying to tell him the issues I saw. I'd wanted him to at least come back out to fix what he did do, but after his attitude changed with me, I no longer felt that an option.

They really went above and beyond to help me out cause I was limited on funds and they did a little extra to make sure my deck looked good.
